It is relatively common for NFL teams to go head-to-head during training camp practices. Cincinnati Bangles is one of the only three teams who have decided not to conduct joint exercises this year.
Bangles coach Zack Taylor believes that his players are a better way to prepare for the season. The coach prefers to see some of his estimated starts – and even star players – take representatives in the Presiden Games.
Pro Bowl Quarterback Joe Buro and Star Wide Receives Jamer Chese and T Higgins played against Philadelphia Eagles at Bangles’s Presiden opener on Thursday. Taylor argued that the intrascwad competition is more beneficial than joint practices.

“I am thankful this year that we are not doing so (joint practice),” Taylor told reporters. “It is really good for us to continue some install accessories and Twinks some items, as contrary to locking on the X rival that you know that we are going to spend three days to spend and practice and review.”

Taylor said that there would be some scribe-style competition between the crime and defense during the six practices leading the team’s next Presiden matchup at Bangles.

“We just get to spend on ourselves. And I think it is really needed for this group right now. This is the way that this camp did not do any practice against anyone else this year, just focused on (on ourselves). I am excited about it.”

Taylor said that this would be another important week for Bangles’ aggressive line competition. Lucas Patrick and Kodi Ford have competed in the right guard position, and Bangles are all mixed with different other-unrest involved in summer.
“(This) is very open,” Taylor said. “I think there is nothing set in stone yet. There are still many opportunities. There are eight true practices and two games, so we are going to use each of them so that we can get all the information.”
Bangles opened a regular season sept 7 against Cleveland Brown.
