The Women’s Rugby World Cup final in Twentyenham has sold it, causing it to be the greatest crowd for women’s rugby match once and again.
The current record was also set at the 82,000 capacity Elians Stadium of Tismanham when 58,498 defeated France in 2023 six nations.
In Paris 2024, 66,000 saw the early day of female rugby intakes in Stad de France.
Across the 32-Match tournament, which begins on Friday 22 August, 375,000 out of 470,000 tickets have already been sold, the number sold in the final World Cup in New Zealand was three times.
Gill Whitehead, president of the 2025 Rugby World Cup, said, “We are very confident that the most present women in the final history will be involved in the rugby match, easily crossing 66,000 crowds that we saw in Paris in 2024.”

Recent red roses have pulled out a large number of supporters. A crowd of 48,778 and 41,523 participated in England’s victory in Ireland and New Zealand last year.
The 2021 Rugby World Cup final, where England narrowly lost 34–31 to New Zealand, was played in front of 42,579 in Eden Park.
The world rugby also confirmed on Tuesday that it would automatically qualify for the 2029 version to join four semi -finalists hosts of the World Cup.
