A new baseball league is hoping to find star players for its inaugural season at Open Triarouts next month. Both women hope that the league will inspire the future generations of girls to play baseball.
“Little children who are playing sports, women or men, I think it is very important for them to see what they want to achieve, so they can see those who look like them. These young girls who want to play baseball should not be told in one or the other way. Whatever they should have the opportunity to do whatever they should do.”
