A devastated Grigor Dimitrov left Wimbledon in tears, when two were forced to be forced to get injured when two sets on a birthright synerg.
Dimitrov of Bulgaria led an exciting competition 6-3 7-5 2-2 before falling on the floor holding his right pectoral.
He appeared in serious inconvenience after the incident and the sinner immediately ran for help.
Dimitrov received medical treatment after returning to his chair and then shook the handle’s hand and left the court briefly.
He left the Center court for a permanent ovation, but was barely capable of raising his right hand for the wave in appreciation.
