While sentenced to at least 28 years in the same court on Tuesday, Judge, Mr. Justice Kotar told Masum that he attacked “Ms. Akar” vicious and mercilessly, stabbing 26 times.
The judge said, “You took out a knife from your pocket and attacked him in a full scene of passers -by.”
