He was the founding father of the country and the first President, the late Dr. Sam will also pay tribute to Nojoma.The Prime Minister is also expected to give an address in the Namibian Parliament.PM Modi visited Ghana and started his foreign tour, after which he went to Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina and Brazil.
