The US Defense Officer denied media reports in Iran about talks between an American warship and Iranian helicopter in Iran. While the Iranian media claimed that the warship worked aggressively, the US official insisted that the incident was “safe and professional”.

The Iranian state media reported that the helicopter directed the US guided-mentor to change the syllabus.

“The US Central Command will continue to function safely and professionally according to internationally recognized norms and customs.”
Iran’s state-controlled media said the warship attempted to contact the Iranian-controlled water in a provocative step.

The helicopter quickly flew over the destroyer and issued a strict warning to leave the area, the report said. In response, the American destroyer allegedly threatened the Iranian helicopter, but the pilot continued the mission and issued another warning, the report stated in the report.
Following a fresh American threat, the Iranian army’s defense system took action and announced that the helicopter was subject to a full defense cover and the destroyer had to change his course. The warship left the region, the report states.
