The new Universal Studio Theme Park, built in the UK, can include the tallest ride in Europe, the company said.
Universal has sought permission for planning For a new destination at Bedford through a special development order (SDO), which will allow the government to approve the project directly and bypass standard local planning procedures.
In the new planning documents, the firm said it could manufacture structures reaching 377 feet (115 m) in the park, including the ride.
The documents said, “The reason for proposing structures to this maximum height is that the proposed theme parks should be allowed to compete with other attractions in Europe.”
It continued: “Although the Universal Orlando Resort currently does not have attractions up to this height, but long attractions in Europe are more common, where the ride is required to lengthen the ride to create experience, as the space is more constrained.
“Building attractions that are more than more and more areas, also make the best use of land that corresponds to the plan policy.”
The current current ride in the UK is Hyperia in Thorpe Park, the highest red force in Europe, the highest red force in Europe, 367 feet (112 m) rollercoster in the Portwentura World in Spain.
Plans suggest that most of the structures in the park will be between 20 meters and 30 meters, with some longer structures form a horizon with “visual interest”.
The park is expected to receive 8.5 million visitors in a year, with 55,000 visitors in the peak days.
Guests arriving in the park by car will drive through a tree-interested bullet, while reaching the resort through a transport hub that uses public transport.
From there the visitor will arrive at the entry plaza of the site, which have restaurants, shops and entertainment sites.
These can be accessed and used by both tickets and without both.
Paying guests passes into attraction by passing under a large archway.
The documents explain how the “adrenaline-pumping coaster”, “Mind-bloings will experience luxurious” and “will face face to face with” incredible creatures, heroes and villains “.
The document said, “They will step into great food, new laughter, new ways of playing, and emergent world, which they have only dreams.”
The schemes also include more than 7,000 cars and parking for additional places to come by coaches and bicycles.
It also includes a proposal to create a new junction on A421 and an extended four-platform station at Wicksams Station on the Temslink Line.
There will also be a new footbridge on the tracks at the station, allowing people to walk on the site or cycle from the Wicksams.
Further active travel routes will allow visitors to reach the site from Interchange West Retail Park in Bedford at Campston Hardwick.
Park is hoping to secure timely opening plans for 2031, when its purpose is to hire 8,500 employees from the local area.
By 2051 it expects the amount of employees increase to 10,000.
These planning documents presented to the Housing, communities and the local government (MHCLG) Ministry have been made public as part of the counseling process.
Consultation ends on 31 August, the point at which MHCLG will review the comments and make a decision.
If given, the SDO can still implement specific conditions at construction and operation stages, requiring ongoing monitoring.
Universal refused to comment on the nuances of planning documents, but encouraged people to present the response to MHCLG.
