The Gabriel Oghre of Bristol and Jamie Blaimer of Lessestra will join England to solve the huker deficiency before Saturday’s test against the United States.
For the Summer Tour, co-baple Jamie George has been invited to the British and Irish Lions Tour, while Theo Dan, who stepped into the early line-up in place of George for the second Test victory over Argentina, retained the knee injury.
Curtis Langdon of Northampton left as the only fit hooker, head coach Steve Borathwick on reinforcement for the third and final stability of the tour.
Oghre appeared in the victory of England A on an Australian second string in November, but still has to win a hat.
Blaimer, who moved from Newcastle to Lester in this summer, performed the most recently in his seven England performances in the World Cup Warm-up match against Wales in August 2023.
