As high pressure dominates in Central Europe, excessive heat in pace including Spain, Portugal and France is already making. The NIMES French city recorded its highest August temperature on Sunday of 41.8C (107F). The red extreme summer warning in southwest France remains till Monday and Tuesday.
In our south, some of that hot and humid wind will slowly spread to the north in the entire Britain in the coming days.
On Monday, the temperature will appear in many parts of England and Wales in the mid -20s. The London region is estimated to be around 30C around Scotland and North Ireland, which will be slightly cooler with high in the lower 20s.
By Tuesday, the heat will become more intense and wider as the heatwave reaches its peak.
Most of the UK people will record temperatures between 24 and 30c, with a re -focus on London and Midlands that can reach 34C (93F). Currently, it is not expected to defeat the UK’s hottest day of 2025, which is still recorded at 35.8c (96F) recorded on 1 July in Kent’s Feavarsham.
On Wednesday, there will be another warm day for many people, but perhaps due to a small innings in the wind direction, it is not quite hot as Tuesday. The Heatwave Criteria is likely to be caught in the middle and eastern parts of England, East Wales and Eastern Scotland.
Yellow Heat Health Alert will be in place for all England from Tuesday morning to Wednesday evening, with Amber Alert for London, South East, East, Eastern Midlands and West Midlands
The nights will also feel warm and humid for the first half of the night along with the heat of the day. There is a tropical night or two chance in southern England, where the temperature does not fall below 20 C all night.
By Thursday and Friday, the temperature will appear at most places by the mid -20s, we can record the further heatwave days in southern England.
