The UAE’s talent strategy is made around four basic axes:

- Establishment of United Arab Emirates as a preferred destination for global talent through continuous visibility and competition
- UAE improved international ranking in talent attraction and retention, especially within the global competitive indices
The government aims to establish the UAE not only as a workplace, but also as a permanent basis for global professionals, providing them a sense of long -term development, inclusion and belonging. Dr. Al Zayodi stressed that this integrated ecosystem is necessary to maintain the speed of the UAE in becoming one of the top 10 global talent sites by 2031. He also noted that UAE has already achieved significant progress. According to 2024 Global Talent Competitiveness Report by International Institute for Management Development (IMD):

Dr. Al Zayodi said that these progress is powered by the UAE forward -looking leadership and constant strategic plan, aimed at ensuring permanent economic growth run by human capital.
