Officials said two police officers were killed in Utah and a third was injured when a suspect set fire as the authorities responded to a domestic mess call on Sunday night.
The Brigham City Police Department said in a news release on Monday morning that two Tremonton Garland Police Officers and a deputy of the Box Elder County Sheriff Office responded to several 911 hang-up calls around 9:30 am.
As a tramonton Garland police officer was talking to a person at the residence, reporting a clear domestic disturbance, an armed man appeared from inside the house and set fire, striking and killing the officer.
