President Donald Trump said that those asking for the case of sex trafficking of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein should focus on former President Bill Clinton and former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers.
Trump’s comment took place a day later when US Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanches met Epstein Associate Ghisline Maxwell in Florida, as the Trump administration announced that it would not unheard the Epstein -related probe material.

Departing for Scotland, Trump told reporters on Friday, “You should talk about Larry Summer. You should talk about some of his friends who are people of hedge funds.” “They are all over the place. You should speak about Bill Clinton.”
Trump then accused Clinton of Epstein’s private island, which the financer used as a home base for his sex-trafficking operation. Trump said he would never visit the island before.
Meanwhile, Clinton has also said that he has never visited the island. In his new memoir “Citizen” released in 2024, Clinton said he had never visited the island and wanted him to never meet Epstein before.
Spokespersons of Samars and Clinton did not immediately respond to the request of the comment from Fox News Digital.
Summers first served as Treasury Secretary for Clinton, as well as director of the National Economic Council for former President Barack Obama.

After the Department of Justice, Trump’s comments are coming from some conservatives and the FBI announced in July that agencies will not release new documents from Epstein Sex Trafficking Case, and their review in Epstein is closed.
Additionally, the agencies said they did not detect a list of sexual predators with relationships with Epstein, and concluded that there were no new people who could face allegations.

Trump has demanded to reduce curiosity about Epstein case and said that there is no reliable information left to share with the public.
Trump said on 14 July, “He has been dead for a long time. He was never a big factor in terms of life. I do not understand what is interested or what is attraction. I am not really, and reliable information has been given,” Trump said on 14 July.
Blancch said after a Thursday meeting with Maxwell that he would meet him again on Friday and share more information later.
“Today, I met Ghislane Maxwell, and I will continue my interview tomorrow,” Blanched said in a Thursday post on X. “The Department of Justice will share additional information about what he learned at the appropriate time.”
Meanwhile, Maxwell has been convicted on allegations, including sexual trafficking of a minor and serving a 20 -year sentence.
