The Department of Justice Donald Trump on Wednesday filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court, demanding the reversal of the decisions of the lower court, which stopped the administration from firing three biden-appointed regulators.
The Emergency Appeal Asks the High Court to allow the Trump Administration to set fire to three members of the US Consumer Produce Safety Commission (CPSC), a five -member independent regulatory board that sets standards for thousands of consumer products and oversees security. In May, an appeal was made after the Supreme Court, provided a separate emergency appeal request from the Trump administration from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) for the shootout of two biden-high agency officials.
White House spokesman Harrison Fields said, “It is derogatory that we should seek the intervention of the Supreme Court once again as the evil leftist judges in the lower courts continue to avoid the clear decisions of the High Court.”

Mary Boyle, Alexander Hohan-Sric and Richard Trumka Jr. were appointed by former President Joe Biden to serve seven years of terms at an independent government agency. Their positions are historically protected from vengeance, as they can only be eliminated for neglect or malfunction.
After Trump tried to set three Democratic regulators on fire, he sued, arguing that the President demanded the removal of them without any reason. Eventually, a federal judge in Maryland agreed with him, and this week an appeal court upheld the decision.
However, according to the emergency appeal of the Trump administration presented in the High Court on Wednesday morning, three regulators have shown “enmity for the President’s agenda” and took action that have “thrown the agency into chaos”.

“None of these should be possible after Wilcox, which controls the matter. Like NLRB and MSPB in Wilcox, practice of CPSC, ‘145 S. C. CT. 145S. Criminal case,” Solicitor General John Sawar wrote in an emergency appeal in the Supreme Court.
