One of the living victims filed a civil case against Posi last year, CBS affiliated kthv Reported, seeking loss for medical care and income loss after shooting. The lawyers have requested the woman that a judge files a default decision against Posi, as she has not responded to the complaint. A judge has not given a decision on that request.
