A distant activist Tommy Robinson has been arrested for an attack on St. Pancris railway station.
The British Transport Police did not name Robinson, the real name Stephen Yaxley-Lenn, but confirmed a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire, arrested in an attack in London on 28 July.
The force said the arrest took place at Luton Airport soon after 18:30 BST on Monday, after an information that the man had boarded a flight coming from Fero.
Police said that the person was arrested on suspicion of serious physical damage and would be taken into custody for questioning.
The statement said that he wanted to inquire after leaving for Tannerif in the early hours of August 29 after the incident.
The British Transport Police had earlier stated that they found a person with “serious but non-life-threatening injuries” after the incident at the railway station in Kings Cross.
Bal confirmed on Thursday that he was discharged from the hospital.
Video footage on social media came out shortly after the alleged attack, showing Robinson moving forward with a sedentary person lying on the floor at the station. The clip did not show how the man ended on the floor.
Robinson was approached by a woman BBC reporter for remarks after the incident, but Robinson replied with a message stating that “slag”.
