Fleetwood has long been one of the world’s best ball strikers.
He should have won the Travelers Championship in June, when he led two to play with three holes, only to allow us to benefit Rider Cup captain Keagan Bradley for benefit.
The latest winner of the PGA Tour also gave a good opportunity when Justin Rose provoked the play-off to win at Memphis.
Of the 30 people for the tour championship, only Fleetwood and American Jacob Bridgeman never won on the PGA tour.
“I always feel that if you see what the best players do and try to copy it … then this is a good way.”
“Those who win the most, are in a lot of controversy, they are there all the time. This is where I want to be.”
There is rarely a problem for Fleetwood.
This victory was long, but he is considering it as a staging post instead of the finish line.
“I never saw it because just trying to win once,” he said.
“I always had a mindset that I want to win many, I want to win a lot. It’s just that the first one takes a long time. The next may take a long time … I don’t know.”
It was a very popular victory because Fleetwood is a real person that has taken their hearts by fans including the United States worldwide.
This will be celebrated as enthusiasm as it was a difficult earning.
“I think it is easy for anyone to say that they are flexible, that they bounce back, that they fight,” Fleetwood said. “It is different when you really have to prove it.
“There is different types of mental strength. I have clearly found things wrong in severe moments of the tournament, and I may have taken a strange dodi decision, maybe it may have a bad swing on it.
“But I should have mental strength in a different way. I should be flexible in the matter of bringing myself back there, bringing myself back to that situation, no matter how many times it is in my way.
“No matter how much doubt can be done, think the right things, say the right things, say the right things to yourself.
“And I am really happy that I can give proof that if you all do the right thing, and you just keep going, it can happen.”
