A senior member of the internal circle of Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that many countries are making “Titanic efforts” to reduce the upcoming summit between the Russian leader and the US President. Donald Trump,

Dmitriev, who met the Trump administration officials in Washington in April, is dubbed Putin “Shadow Foreign Minister” for Russia’s role in shaping the global diplomacy of Russia.
As head of Kremlin’s sovereign wealth fund and recently appointed special envoy, he has often served as an informal bridge between Moscow and Washington.
