Kent police said three children were arrested on suspicion of murder, when a person was found dead in Lesdown-on-C on the oil of shape, Kent police said.
The force said that the authorities were called on Warden Bay Road immediately after 19:00 on Sunday, after a change report and a person was being assaulted.
The person suffered serious injuries and was confirmed to be dead on the spot. His next family has been informed, it was added.
A 16 -year -old girl and two boys aged 14 and 15 are in police custody, further interrogation is pending, a police spokesperson said.
