A woman has convicted a seven -month -old girl in Blackpool for attempting to kidnap.
The child was being pushed into a pram in the Central Drive near the Coral Island Entertainment Arcade, when Nicola Goldric was approached, before people stepped up by the people to help the parents on 10 May.
Goldric, without any certain address, accepted the charge in the Preston Crown Court, as well as a common attack.
The 51 -year -old was sent to custody before the set of a sentence for 7 October.
After the hearing, Blackpool CID date SGT Rob Bartlet said: “The little girl was in her pram with her parents, when Goldric Brezen went to her and tried to kidnap her.
“This largely creates an unimaginable fear for the child’s parents, who never tried to take their child from anyone, because they went about their daily business.
“We welcome the guilty petition and only hope that the child and his family can start proceeding after the punishment.”
