For the second time in just three months, a prisoner has survived custody at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Monitoring footage shows that 20 -year -old John Nino “seems to have removed his wrist restraint” before moving towards highway 99, according to A. Facebook update On Wednesday morning from the Washington Reforms Department (DOC).
