A school that has become a “goal of extremist misuse”, said it will be closed on Friday due to security concerns.

In a letter viewed by the BBC, the Stove Valley Multi-Academy Trust CEO Ranjit Samra and Hadtekar Jane Delvase said the employees were threatened.
The letter states: “The nature and voices of this misuse have increased with personal threats to employees in recent times.”
The letter continued: “When we are working closely with our multi-agency partners to address the situation, our primary responsibility remains the safety and goodness of every child and member of the employees.
“This is not a decision we have taken lightly. We understand that this can be due to disintegration for your families and your child’s education, but the security of our school community should come first.”
This letter ended for parents and parents to continue the support during “very challenging times” for their understanding.
