Sen Barney MorenoR-Ohio, introducing the “Act of Holi” after a mob violently attack a woman in Cincinnati later last month-was the purpose of a step to call the rotating door of the justice system for the repeated criminals.
The attack took place on July 26 at around 3 pm at the intersection of the fourth and Elm roads in the Central Trade District of Cincinnati.
Bystander video captured the moment that a large group replaced several persons that morning, and in a video obtained by Fox News Digital, an unknown person could be heard screaming racially slarses beating on the road. The other footage appears to be the male victim showing the clutter to a group member, before the change increased.
In another video, a woman later identified only as “Holi”, before she was slammed and fainted on the ground.

Moreno held a press conference in Cincinnati on Wednesday after a meeting with the city officials, FBI Special Agent in -charge, future American Attorney, Police Head and Deputy of Local Sheriff Department.
The Moreno described the meeting as a “slight thick” starting, but said it was productively finished.
Finally, he said that everyone on the table agreed to work together that what happened on July 26 is never again. He also said that he wants to ensure that anyone who lives in Ohio can visit any city of the state.

Moreno said, “We are going to talk to some MLAs of our state whether we can do something that I can call – with its permission – ‘Act of Holi,’ that we increase the bar at the minimum sentences, minimal bail requirements … We are going to end the rotating doors of injustice,” said Moreno.
He said, “Our judges can no longer hide behind their cloak, and they should be held accountable not to maintain law and order.”
Law enforcement officers took the risk of their lives every day to arrest criminals, including going out and making hard arrests. But when those criminals appear in the court, the judges reduce the efforts of the police officers by “slapping the criminals”, the senator said.
Moreno told reporters, “Let’s be honest, because many times you guys are qualifying it as a controversy.” “It was attempted to kill an innocent woman. And the person had a rap sheet that was one mile long. Any person who has a rap sheet should walk on the streets of any Ohio city.”

Standing next to the Moreno, there were Holi, who said that she was focusing on reform – not giving relief to the trauma.
“I am here to talk about the future and how we can change it; how can we stop it from being with someone else,” he said. “These heinous crimes have to be stopped. You know, I never want it to be with someone else, especially a mother, a daughter, or someone who loves.”
Holi said that while moving forward, more police officers are required, as is justice reform that prevents judges from going out of custody with a slap on the wrist.
“The man who attacked me, and maybe I have been permanently damaged, should never have been on the streets, sometime,” he said. “The fact that he had already exited the jail, for some he should have been for a few years. It is really sad for me because I can’t even do that Columbus, Cincinnati, Toleo in Toleo in Toledo is attacked by the same type of man by the same type of man.”

Holi said that he bothers him the most.
Holi said that she one day hopes that there is some kind of bill that allows someone to prosecute or impose fine if they do not call 911 first to save someone’s life.
“We all need to help each other and start to help humanity,” he said.
A reporter asked Holi if he felt that he was about to die that night.
“I really felt as if I was going to die,” said Holi. “I am still surprised that I didn’t do – and so I am a doctor.”

He said that at the end of the day, a better police appearance and better technology would help prevent such incidents from 26 July.
But the Moreno also insisted on how important it is to call the citizens to the authorities so that the assistance can be brought as soon as possible.
He said, “We are not people who see a woman beating up to inch of their lives and our first instinct is to get out and some videos tape so that you can calm down on Instagram,” he said. “It’s not who we are.”
