Lazen, Switzerland – French Olympic Fanner Ysaora Thibus was approved by a doping allegation on Monday as the judges admitted that she was corrupted by kissing her American partner over a period of nine days.
The Sports ruling court of arbitration echoed the decision to clean another French athlete with a similar defense in a 2009 famous “Cocaine Kiss” case in the famous “Cocaine Kiss” case.
CAS said that its judge panel rejected an appeal by the World Anti-Doping Agency in the Thibus case, which asked him to ban it for four years.
Thibus conducted a positive test for Oosterine in January 2024. He was later approved by an international fencing Federation Tribunal before the Paris Olympics, which allowed him to compete there.

Wada challenged the explanation that Thibus was “contaminated through kissing with his then partner, using a product with Oosterine without his knowledge,” CAS said.
The court said on Monday, “It is scientifically installed that an ostereen dose similar to the dose contained by Ms. Thibus, then the partner would have left sufficient amount of osterine in saliva to contaminate a person through kissing.”
The CAS judges “admitted that the then partner of Ms. Theibus was taking Ostreen since January 5, 2024, and that there was contamination in nine days with a cumulative effect.”
At that time, his partner had a two -time Olympic fencing bronze medalist race for the United States.
Thibs, a silver medalist for France in the women’s team Panni at the Tokyo Olympics, finished fifth in the event in Paris and 28th in the women’s personal foil.
