Heday al-Mutvivi’s 18-month-old son Mohammad is suffering from malnutrition due to famine and weighs only 6 kg.
He is suffering from fatigue and can no longer stand or sit. He told the BBC “My husband was killed in war and I do not have a breadwinner except God”.
