The parents of a 16-year-old boy killed on a railway line have said that his death has broken his heart.
The British Transport Police (BTP) said that Joshua Myers and another boy, 16, On Thursday, 22:00 BST was found on the tracks at Poonn Railway Station in Cheshire.
Both boys were declared dead on the spot. The BTP said that deaths are not being considered suspicious.
While paying tribute, Joshua’s mother and father said: “He was the eldest brother ever, who loved his family.”
He said: “He did not know how much he loved.
“Our hearts are broken, and the world looks incomplete without it. It will remain in our hearts forever.”
Joshua’s parents said: “He was also very thoughtful, kind, bright and intelligent.
“His warm feeling always shines through all his activities.
“He really enjoyed playing computer games, running and playing badminton.
“There were many of his favorite days when he was resting and playing on holiday with his family – bodyboarding, swimming and taking care of his younger brothers -sales.”
A file is being prepared for the coroner, BTP said, while the identity of another boy has not been released yet.
