American celebrity judge and social media star Frank Capriyo died at the age of 88, his family said.
In a 40 -year career in Road Island, he used compassion and humor to take decisions keeping in mind the personal circumstances of the people in Dock.
The video of Judge Capriyo has given billions on social media, presiding over the affairs of his hit TV shows caught in the providence, gave him the title “Best Judge in the world”.
After diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, he was died on his official Instagram account, where he was remembered for his “warmth” and “unwavering faith in people’s goodness”.
Judge Capriyo presided over thousands of cases in his hometown Providence, Road Island before starting a TV career.
His signature court room style produced the viral clip, inviting the children to sit behind the bench during cases, which was to declare his own “mini-judge”.
A Ticketkok video showed his morning routine – brushing your teeth, signing your book and watching videos of your own show – more than 5m views.
In an interview in 2019, Judge Capriyo said his court proceedings “show a piece of life of Rhod Island which is very interesting, and it reflects the issues that people are experiencing nationwide”.
David Capriyo, his son, thanked the fans for his love and support and urged people to “spread some kindness” in memory of their father.
In an Instagram statement for his 3.4 million followers, Judge Capriyo was remembered for “countless acts of kindness”.
The statement said, “His warmth, humor and kindness left an indelible impression on all of them, who knew him.”

In one of his previous social media posts, Judge Capriyo announced that he came back to the hospital after being suffering from “jerk” in his treatment and asked his followers for his prayers.
Judge Capriyo is alive by his wife, seven grandchildren, seven grandchildren, and two sons of his wife, Joyce Capriyo.
