“Once we decide the medical examiner, if in reality they are able to confirm that they belong to Angela Bird and if they confirm that he was actually a murder, at that point, at that point, on the basis of some entrances made by Sri Bird, we will at least seek the charge of a murder on him,” Salazar said.

Byrd is in custody in Bexar County Jail and undergoing a mental health evaluation.
