New Delhi: To create a powerful weapon system to thwart any effort by enemies, India will launch the Mission Sudarshan Chakra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday announced as India celebrated 78 years of independence. Talking to the Red Fort, PM Modi said, “In the next ten years, by 2035, I want to expand, strong and modernize this national security shield. To take inspiration from Lord Shri Krishna, we have chosen the path of Sudarshan Chakra … Rashtra Sudarshan Chakra Mission will inaugurate”Comprehensive safety initiative is determined to implement several layers of safety, a combination of modern monitoring, cyber security measures and physical security measures, especially for India’s current security challenges.While the exact details of the Mission Sudarshan Chakra are confidential, it is understood to include joint efforts between major research organizations, defense bodies and newlyol sector of India.The initiative supports the government’s vision of the government, especially in defense and necessary infrastructure areas.The Prime Minister’s focus on domestic developed technology indicates a change in the direction of strengthening national security autonomy, reducing foreign system dependence.In his address, PM Modi referred to historical security events including the 2008 Mumbai attacks, which highlight the importance of coordinated and further -thinking security measures. “We cannot be reactive.
