Youths across Scotland are ready to get their exam results – although in some parts of the country, mail delivery will be delayed due to a storm.
Email and text results are unaffected, but those who wait for the certificate in external hebrids, orchney and Shetland have been asked to expect a delay.
More than 147,000 candidates will get their marks for the National Progress Award and National Certificate along with the skills for civilians, highrs, advanced highrs and work awards.
Certificates will be sent by first class posts, although many students will also receive a lesson or email.
Digital results from 08:00 are due to sending to people with active MySQA account.
As Storm Floris brought 80mph and wide travel disintegration gusts, SQA stated that the Royal Mail confirmed the delay in external hebrids, orchney and Shetland.
It said that other areas may be delayed on low information and the affected candidates should contact their school or college to find out their results.
