Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that the partnership between India and Japan is not only for the two countries, but also for global peace and security.
PM Modi commented during a joint briefing with Japanese counterpart Shigeru Ishiba in Tokyo.
During briefing, PM Modi said that strong democracy is natural partners in shaping a better world.
PM Modi said in a joint briefing, “Our discussion was purposeful with the producer today. We agree that as the two largest economies of the world and living democracy, our partnership is necessary not only for both countries but also for global peace and safety. Strong democracy is a natural partner in shaping a better world.”
He said, “Today, we have laid the foundation of a new and gold chapter in our special strategic and global partnership. We have charted a roadmap for the next decade. Our vision lies in the center of investing, innovation, economic security, environment, techology, health, mobility, people with people.”
