An improvement UK -led Council leader says the party needs to prove that it is enough to run local authorities.
Staffordshire County Council leader Ian Cooper said that the first 100 days of reform on the authority started it with “changing perceptions” and jobs.
The party won power from conservatives during local elections on 1 May, winning 49 out of 62 seats with 41% of the votes.
