South Carolina Republican State Representative. Mark Smith started a bid for the US Congress.
He is running for a seat in 1 Congress district of Palmeto State, currently occupying the US Rape Nancy Mess, who is running for the Governor.

Mess began a Guberotorial dialect earlier this month, which captured the seat of his home in the 2026 election.

Smith has served in the State House of Representatives from the end of 2020.
“In 1 district of South Carolina, we need a proven conservative leader who will fight and give results for President Trump’s first agenda – not a play,” he said in the X post.
