In Colorado, prosecutors planned to give up the allegations against a registered sexual criminal, alleging attempting to kidnap a child from a primary school as he was found incapable of testing.

After his arrest, Galigan assessed a mental ability, which was determined that he was disqualified for testing. As a result, the prosecutors claimed that they had no choice but to leave the allegations.
Galigan’s crime is not an issue for prosecutors. The alleged crime was caught on the video that showed a person chasing and the other children ran away to grab a student.
“It’s super scary to see,” Dante White, whose child faced the suspect, told Fox31 when the incident happened. “Especially looking at the criminal, his pictures. I would get out when I touched the man. It was a kidnapping attempt.”

After the incident, the parents of Arora School presented a 10-page letter to the officials of Cherry Creek School district, seeking independent review to deal with the school situation.

Replogle admitted that it was a “clear wrong” that the school was not placed on a safe position after the incident.
