In a sentence sentenced to emotionally charged, the families of the victims murdered by Brian Kohberger spoke to the killers of their loved ones directly in an attempt to close their grief.
30 -year -old Kohberger admitted to kill four students of the universities at the hearing of the petition on July 2, but did not divide the details or a motive about the brutal murders.
In court on Wednesday, he did not again clarify why he committed a heinous crime. When he gave a chance to address the court, he said only three words during the intensive hearing, “I decline with respect,”.
Madison Mozen, 21, Kaylee Gonclaves, 21, Exna Karnodal, 20, and 20-year-old Ethan Chapin were stabbed inside their off-kampus house in early morning of November 13, 2022.

For nearly three years, Kohberger maintained his innocence as his high-profile tests were scheduled to begin later this year. He eventually accepted a petition to take out the death sentence out of the table, in exchange for seizing his fight to seek a decrease in punishment and forgive his right to appeal.

The judge said that it is time to end his 15 -minute fame before sentenced to Kohberger.
At the end of the hearing, Judge Steven Hippler sentenced four consecutive sentences of life in jail without parole for each murder. Kohaburger was also sentenced to an additional 10 years for respective theft, and a fine of $ 50,000 and $ 5,000 civil fine for each death.
