Documents conducted by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs show major failures among six US Secret Service (USS) agents, which were shocked at the then Presidential Rally in Pennsylvania on July 13, 2024, butler in Pennsylvania, the then presidential candidate Donald Trump was noticed without payment.

The interviews also unveiled that many agents acknowledged the existence of major security concerns at the Butler rally, but none of them raised concerns or helped produce a plan to cover the roof properly, providing a clear shot of Trump to 20 -year -old Thomas Crook.
Documents show that some agents have never organized the walk-through of the site. For example, lead advanced agents, documents show, never traveled the final security through the rally site because she was in the hospital for heat tiredness, the special agent said that when the question was asked.

The agent also told the Secret Service that the team assigned to Trump’s protective expansion knew about the dangers and were those that the plans should have changed.
Assistant for Special Agent in charge of Pittsburgh office
The sixth agent who was disciplined was an assistant to the special agent in -charge from the Pittsburgh Field Office.
Assistant had a 24 -year experience with the USSS and admitted that he did not prepare for the Butler rally. Documents show that without preparation, the assistant had no understanding of the security plan for Butler.

Additionally, the assistant never found with the lead agent and although never walked the site, nor the agent participated in the site briefing or saw the diagram of the site.
As a result, the assistant was suspended for 10 days without payment in April.
