Manchester, NH– Sen Berney Sanders of Vermont says that if Robert F. If Kennedy Junior does not take steps as Health and Human Services Secretary in Junior President Donald Trump’s administration, Americans will need to speak.
Sanders told Fox News Digital on Monday, “We have got American people to rally. This is a big issue.”
Sanders, a rankings member of the Senate’s Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee, said, “I am not a scientist, I am not a doctor, but I talk to scientists, and I talk to doctors, and the evidence is getting overwhelming. It is not a choice. It is not a choice. The vaccines work. They save millions and millions of people.”

And progressive champion and nominations of the 2016 and 2020 Democratic President’s nomination runner -up warned that “if Kennedy and his friends are able to think that the vaccines are not safe, it will be a real public health crisis for the US.”
Sanders is one of the growing list of politicians and officials who warns that Kennedy, long -standing environmental activists and vaccine skeptics, who have been late last year as their health secretary in their second administration, have been endangering the health of Americans with their controversial tricks.
Bilateral Fury in CDC: Senators demand an inquiry, reject vaccine guidance as illegitimate
“Mr. Kennedy and the rest of the Trump administration tell us that they want to make America healthy again. It is a great slogan. I agree with this. The problem is that since coming to the office, President Trump and Mr. Kennedy have done the opposite,” Sanders wrote in this last week in a piece of opinion in New York Times.
And Sanders said that “Despite the heavy opposition from the medical community, Secretary Kennedy has continued advocating the principles of conspiracy against the vaccine for a long time and repeatedly rejected conspiracy by scientific experts.”

Sanders’ call for Kennedy to resign Last week came after the firing of Susan Monarez, director of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), was confirmed after less than a month. Following Monarez’s firing, he refused to adopt Kennedy’s instructions on the availability of some vaccines, including approval for Covid-19 vaccines.
Four other top CDC officials resigned in the protests hours after the protest, accusing the Trump administration and Kennedy of making public health weapons.

“Who supports Secretary Kennedy’s views?” Sanders asked. “Not reliable scientists and doctors. One of his prominent ‘experts’ which he had quoted to support his fake claims on autism and vaccines, his medical license was canceled and his study retreated from the medical journal publishing it.”
The incident received a rare bilateral pushback by some Congress members.
But the White House defended Monarez’s firing, White House press secretary Karolin Lewit on Thursday told reporters that the President “had the right to set fire to those who are not alliances with their missions”.
