Samsung is preparing to introduce the Galaxy F17 5G in India, and the details about its specifications and value have come to light before the official announcement. Several reports suggest that the company has tested the device internally, and fresh leaks indicate their entire hardware features.
Samsung Galaxy F17 5G: specifications and features (expected)
According to the SmartPrics report, the Samsung Galaxy F17 5G is expected to have a 6.7 -inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. For photography, the device is expected to sports a 13MP front-facing camera for selfie and video calls. Back, it has been touched to carry a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support, 5MP ultra-wide lens and triple-camera setup with 2MP macro shooter.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy F17 5G is likely to be operated by Samsung’s Exynos 1330 processor. This is expected to keep the 5,000mAh battery at home with 25W fast charging support, although the report claims that the charger cannot be provided in the retail box.
From the software, the Samsung Galaxy F17 5G is asked to ship with a UI 7 with Android 15. Samsung is allegedly offering a six -year security update of up to six years of Android OS upgrade up to six years. In terms of durability, the performance in the handset may include an IP54 rating for Gorilla Glass Victus Safety and Dust and Sprinkle for resistance.

The price of Samsung Galaxy F17 5G is about Rs. 14,499 for 4GB of RAM with 128GB storage variants, and about Rs. 15,999 6GB RAM with 128GB storage model. Being part of the F-series, the phone is expected to have retail through Flipkart in India.

Industry sources also suggest that the Galaxy F17 5G may essentially be a rebranded version of the Galaxy A17 5G, which ships with in-box charger in select markets. With this model, Samsung is also preparing to unveil the Galaxy M17 5G as part of its budget limit, but the Galaxy F17 5G is likely to come first.
