The Attorney General was asked about some details of the incident, including whether it was correct to tell the Flangan officer that it was the law that he would have to close his body camera at request by a citizen.
“I am not sure what she was thinking. Clearly, she was not thinking directly,” Neronha said, who said that Falagan was wrong in her claim that police officers would have to close their bodycam at request.
Neronha said, “He has humiliated himself.” “Whatever it is, to see his employment with us, he has been going back from it for a long time. It is really unfortunate.”
