Idaho prosecutors have given up their support for the ongoing gag order in the Brian Kohberger Quadrupal murder case.
The Attorney of the prosecution of Latah County informed the court in a filing on Monday. It was made public on Wednesday, before hearing a proposal from a coalition of media outlets including Fox News on Thursday, the order was removed in view of Kohberger’s convicts guilty for all allegations of Kohberger.
The order was intended to ensure the right to testing the Kohberger, according to the court filing. Now when he has admitted to Madison Mojen, 21, Kaylee Gonclaves, 21, Exna Carnodal, 20 and Ethan Chapin, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, he argued that Gag was meaningless.

The prosecutors had requested that Kohberger’s sentence was not officially made officially, but according to his latest filing, he reversed the “on the further reflection” course.
Thompson wrote, “Now that the defendant has convicted, as allegations have been accused for all five (5) allegations, their right to test the crime is no longer on the issue,” Thompson wrote. “Nevertheless, out of respect for the integrity of the judicial process and the confidentiality of the victims and their families, as they consider their rights to provide an affected statement in punishment, the prosecution has not intended to make a public statement about the case until the sentence was sentenced.”

According to the prosecution, Kohberger killed all four students with a knife on November 4, 2022 at an off-kampus house in 1122 King Road in 1122 King Road, and all four students. He started in an upper bedroom, where he killed Mojen and Gonclave. Karnodal was awake on the main floor, and he killed her on the way. He then turned a knife on the chapin, sleeping in his bedroom.
