President Donald Trump supported former representative Mike Rogers as Republican tries to win the US Senate seat in Michigan.
Rogers, who lost the 2024 US Senate competition of Wolverin State from the then democratic representative Elisa Slotkin, bid another American Senate earlier this year.
Calling the candidate as “America First Patriot”, the President approved the approval of the candidate in truth social on Thursday PostWriting, “Mike Rogers has full and total support – he will not disappoint you!”

Trump had previously supported Rogers in 2024, before the Rogers Republican went to win in the US Senate Primary.
US Sen Rand Paul, R-K., in 2024 stood strongly opposed Trump’s support for Rogers.

“Donald Trump supported the worst state candidate in this cycle,” Paul announced in 2024 Post X. “@mikersformi is never a trumper, and a spy is a card carrying card that tries to destroy Trump. You have to ask yourself who gives this terrible advice to Trump? Who is next, John Bolton?”
After minutes, Paul added to another Post“If he is good with Mike Rogers (R-Deop State), perhaps he should choose Liz Chenny for VP?”
