Scottish victims of the post office Horizon Scandal say they hope that the first part of the final report of the public inquiry will bring justice closer.
The volume one, which will focus on human impact and compensation, will be published in the afternoon on Tuesday.
More than 70 people in Scotland have overturned their faults after the crimes like theft due to the theft post office IT system.
But this scam runs darker than those who lose livelihood and relationships as a result of false allegations to many more people.
Thousands of people have been affected across the UK, described as the most widespread abortion of recent justice.
First conclusion from investigation
A legal public inquiry into the UK-Wide scam was established in 2021 and heard from hundreds of witnesses across the country.
The victims, lawyers and journalists will join the gathering in Central London, when the president of the investigation – Sir Vyan Williams – distributes the first part of his report.
Keith Mackaldovi gave evidence to the investigation when he came to Glasgow in 2022.
He ran a post office in Greenock It was forced to resign in 2011 after an alleged reduction of £ 10,000.
He was not convicted, but he lost his livelihood and told the investigation that he had come close to suicide.
He finally arrived at a financial disposal with the company in March this year.
Speaking in front of the publication of the conclusions, he said: “What do I expect from the first part of the inquiry report, this is to increase speed for the prevention plan and pay everyone that they are payable.
“I also hope that it helps in police investigation that continues.”

While Tuesday’s report will be focused on the victims and compensation, Mr. Naga said that he eventually wants people responsible for the scam to go to jail.
“I want justice,” he said.
Solicitor Advocate Stuart Munro is the head of specialist litigation at Livingstone Brown and is representing one of the first Scottish victims who convicted him.
He said that the Post Office Kshitij scam was one of the longest -run abortion of justice in British history.
“Countless lives were ruined. Its victims must now be looking at Sir Vyan Williams to recommend what happened and to recommend measures to ensure that nothing can happen.
“This process begins with the publication of the first part of this final report on Tuesday.”
