FacebookPolice Scotland has warned the public that a 12 -year -old girl should not be misinformed after being accused of allegedly accused of branding arms on a road in Dundi.
The footage has been revolving on social media, as well as speculation of ethnicity and actions of those allegedly faced by the girl.
Bal said that a Bulgarian couple – a man and a woman – were approached by the youth at St. N Lane, Dundi at around 19:40 on Saturday.
It is understood that no one else has been arrested or wants to.

The BBC News understands that the authorities have not found any evidence to certify the claims to be made online, the youth was at risk of sexual harassment.
GoogleA police Scotland spokesman confirmed that the girl was accused of capturing aggressive weapons and an investigation was on.
Bal had initially said that she was 14 years old, before releasing the reform.
The spokesperson said: “We want to thank the local community for helping them in our investigation and will urge the public not to share misinformation about the incident or speculate on the circumstances.”
