BBCAvon and Summerset Police have said that a criminal investigation has been initiated by Bob Valn and Glestonbury by Bob Valn and Caikap.
The force said that he had appointed a senior detective to investigate whether the comments made by the Act had committed a criminal offense after reviewing the footage.
A statement continued: “It is currently recorded as a public order incident, while our inquiry is in an early stage.
“Investigation will be led by evidence and closely considering all appropriate laws, including the crimes of hatred.”
