The British Transport Police (BTP) is investigating an alleged attack on St. Pancris Station in London.
The force said that the authorities participated in the scene on Monday night and found a person with “serious but non-jailed injuries”. It said that a 42 -year -old male suspect flew out of the country in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
It comes after footage on social media, which shows far-flung activist Tommy Robinson moving back and forth near a sedentary person lying on the floor at the station.
The clip does not show how the man finished on the floor. Robinson, 42, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lenn, has not publicly commented on the video.
BBC News has approached Robinson for comment.
The BTP said that its suspect was from Bedfordshire. It said that the spies were continuing to investigate the incident and bring the suspect into custody for questioning.
In the footage, a man who appears to be Robinson moves next to a person lying on the face near a few stairs. A computer is trying to stop Robinson to stop a man thought out to roam around and call for help.
Two station staff members then contact the person on the floor, while Robinson goes below a few stairs and shouts: “He has come to me, Bruv.”
Robinson then begins to return to the stairs, which tries to talk to the passing commuter who called for help. The video then ends.
On Monday, other videos posted on Robinson’s individual X account are seen showing him in the same station, wearing the same blue shirt and bag that he is seen wearing in the St. Pancris video.
BTP did not directly reference to the video in its statements.
Anyone who knows about the incident has been urged to recite 61016, quoting reference numbers 655 of July 28.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said that he received a call about the attack report at St. Pancris at 20:40 on Monday.
He said: “We sent an ambulance crew to the spot and treated a person before being taken to a major trauma center.”
