The termination of the Baxter comes after Charles Dun, another DOJ paralegal, was fired when he was accused of throwing a sandwich in a custom and border security agent earlier this month at Washington, DC.
Dun, who worked in the International Affairs section of the Criminal Division in the 4con Building, was initially accused of a hooliganism, but a grand jury refused to hand over an indictment. He was later accused of a rape, resulting in a year in jail.
