New Delhi: Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that after the launch of Operation Sindoor, Pakistan was forced to kneel and interact with folded hands, fearing that after finishing its air bases, India would be closed on its nuclear base.Chauhan said, “We do not disturb the enmity. You have seen Operation Sindoor. The demons who killed innocent people, in front of the husband and father in front of the wife and father,” Chauhan said.Speaking at the 12th convocation of the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) in Bhopal on Monday, Chauhan also rejected the claims of the role of any foreign nation in ending the enmity between the two countries.“When he felt Bharat would reach his atomic base, he kneeled, and came to talk with a folded hands,” he said.Referring to repeated claims made by US President Donald Trump, Chauhan commented, “He is saying” I did so, I did so. “India launched Operation Sindor in May this year after the killing of 26 people by terrorists in Pahgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April. He said, “If you all remember, we went for pinpoint target hitting. We demolished the shelter of terrorists. We did not first attack their army or citizen (base). This is India.”Chauhan said that when Pakistan used missiles and drones for its attack, India responded with Brahmins, Agni and Prithvi missiles, destroying all the airports in Pakistan. The BJP leader said, “India runs on the power of Bharat. We do not attack any person. We do not leave the terrorists.”Chauhan said that the families of the victims of the Pahalgam attack had demanded to shoot the terrorists in the head. “Terrorists have been abolished,” he said.Union Home Minister Amit Shah also said earlier that the families of the victims and others wanted the three terrorists to be shot in their heads and they met the same fate in Operation Mahadev.Shah further said that the investigation revealed the identity of the three terrorists killed in Operation Mahadev, clearly established that the Pahgam attack was carried out by Lashkar-e-Tabiba, as the three belonged to the groups.
