California village Gavin Newsom and Vice President JD Vance did Barbes traded later this week after the Vice President’s holiday in Disneyland in Golden State.
Vance was spending time in California Enterprise Park before Newsom with his wife Usha and his two children, a Democrat, posted on social media that some migrant families could not spend the same quality time simultaneously due to efforts to detain and remove migrants in the US.
“Hope you enjoy your family’s time, @jdvance. Families you are separating will definitely not.”

The Vice President replied by thanking Newsom to Velisom without addressing the governor’s comment about the separation of the families.
“There was a great time, thanks,” Wane wrote back.

Vance’s visit took place immediately after a ice raid on two fields in California, during which federal agents detained a few hundred suspected illegal immigrants, protesting against the immigration enforcement operation. One person was killed and others were seriously injured in the raid.
US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Rodney Scott stated that 10 illegal migrant minors – eight uninterrupted – were discovered in a field in Camerilo and was subject to investigation for child labor violations.

Operation in the fields came after the weeks of protests in southern California on a raid to target migrants in local businesses. In response to the protests that began last month, the administration deployed National Guard soldiers and Marine to Los Angeles despite the protest of Newsom.
