High profile Left Winger Zara Sultana has left Labor and vowed to start a new political party with Jeremy Corbin.
However, it seems that he has come in the form of news.
In social media posts, the former labor leader congratulated Sultana for leaving his “royal decision” and said that she was “happy that she would help us make a real option”.
But he said that “the democratic foundation of a new type of political party” was still taking shape and the discussion was “running”.
Sultana has seen the gun to jump, not only Corbin but to surprise others.
But this does not mean that this is not happening.
There is no name yet – bound about aspire and collective. Corbin likes the phrase “real change”, but not necessarily as the name of a party.
No timetable has been agreed for launch, although there has been talk of fielding candidates in next May local elections.
But all the people involved in the project believe that Sir Kir is a large gap in the market to the left side of the stormer’s labor party, with millions of potential votes for graves.
Are they correct?
And in recent times, what will be meant for the arrival of a new Samajwadi Party for Greens that scoops many leftist voters – not to mention the Labor Party?
It is very difficult to assess the support for a party that is not yet present, there are no leaders and any policies.
Generally more pollutants recently tested the type of support of a party support, which would be on the left side of labor – especially led by Jeremy Corbin.
His research suggested that it may raise 10% of the votes – the standing of the labor reduces three points, but for the support for the greens, more dramatically foods, which will fall from 9% to 5% in elections.
In particular, a corbin -led party can become the most popular party in the country among children aged 18 to 24 with 32% of the vote.
Former Corbin colleague Andrew Murray said that Sir Kir Stmper had “made a place for a party for a party for the party, brutally out the leftist wings from the party and left the promises of his leadership campaign.
Talk to GB News Choppers PodcastMurray said Labor’s 2017 Vote – In 2024, 3.2 million more than Sir Keir – a measure of possible support for a new leftist party.
In last year’s election, thousands of vote toris were away from Tories to improve the UK, he said, “There are a large number of people who consider themselves progressive and look different.”
An experienced leftist organizer, who did not want to name, also told the BBC with a double -point share of the national vote, “it is” quite difficult for new parties to become positive forces in Britain “.
“I think it can cause great damage to labor and greens if it falls above an important mass,” he said.
Senior Greens has told the BBC that they are not worried about a new rebel party.
Zack Poolnsky, an optimist of Green Leadership, said, “Anyone who wants to challenge reforms and this unsuccessful labor government is my friend”.
But he said: “There have been many leftist parties in the past, but only the Green Party has only developed and has been constantly developed.”
Poolnsky’s point was echoed by his leadership competition rival Adrian Ramsay, who currently co-in-laws the party, who said that anyone should join the greens in search of “progressive options for labor”.
Any disadvantage to the greens can be limited by the “non-aggression” treaty with the new party, running candidates on a joint ticket, for example, or agreeing to stand on one side in some circumstances.
Jeremy Corbin has been working under radar for some time to coordinate a fully developed political party to divert a small group of independent MPs who can field candidates in local elections next year.
Last year, Isington North MP united with Shockat Adam, Ayub Khan, Adnan Hussain and Iqbal Mohammed – four independent who defeated Labor candidates in 2024 elections with their Palestinian stance in constituencies with large Muslim population.
On Wednesday, he indicated that a new party may be on the way, telling Peston of ITV that he and his fellow supporters-Gaja will “come together” and “an option”.
The MPs have been united in condemning the view of the Kir stormer for the Gaza crisis, but we do not know what their policy program will be.
We do not even know that Jeremy Corbin will be his leader. They are thought to take a democratic conference to take a decision on leadership, but other people in the project are impatient to come with it.
Sultana is clearly eager to play a leading role, although her statement was carefully termed – she wanted to co -nomine the “founder” of a new party with Corbin.
One thing is clear – no new party will be reborn of the previous Corbin Project, as the major figures on the left side show no signal.
Former Corbin’s former Chhaya Chancellor John McDonell said he is “very sorry for losing Zara from the Labor Party” but does not expect to leave himself.
Corbin – Labor Party chair under Ian Lavari – told the BBC that he planned to stay in the party until he retired.
Independent MPs were selected in areas last year where voters felt that Labor was not taking a strong sufficient line on Israeli works in Gaza.
We do not know how buzzing this issue will be in the next election, four years away.
But where a new leftist party may be worried that Kir’s strategists may be worried that in some seats can reduce adequate labor votes, so that the UK, who finished second, can get the house secretly permission.
And labor may have to take more care that it can lose votes on the left and not only to the right.
It was once seen as impossible to successfully launch a new political party in the UK under Westminster’s first-pass-Post-Post Voting System.
But the reform UK, which has five MPs and currently ahead in elections, has shown how unstable politics is now and the loyalty of the traditional party no longer does not matter.
A famous leader and some eye -catching policies can potentially rebuild the mainstream politics map.
