It is alleged to kill a person and disintegrate a couple that his family was threatened by one of them.
The 35 -year -old Yostin Mosquito refused to kill Paul Longsworth and Albert Alphonso at his flat in London.
The Colombian National had earlier told the Woolvich Crown Court that Mr. Alphonso would “instruction” to do excessive sexual work against his wish in the property.
Asked why he did not leave, the defendant said that the 62 -year -old told him that he had friends in Colombia who would kill his family.

Mr. Mosquito first accepted the murder of Mr. Alphonso through the loss of self-control.

He told the jury that this was done against his wish, but he carried out the acts as Mr. Alphonso said he would help him pay for an English course.
The jury was told that he was not paid, but Mr. Alphonso gave him an air fryer gift to give him to his mother.
The couple visited Sri Mosquito in Colombia in 2024 and all three lived in an apartment.
Sri Longworth had his own room and Sri Muscvera slept in a double bed with Mr. Alphonso, where the sexual acts paid continued, the court heard.
Mr. Longworth had no participation, he was told to the gamblers.

The defendant said that he never enjoyed “experience”, but continued to fulfill the acts for money.
The court was then told that Mr. Alphonso paid the Mr. Mosquito to fly to London later that year, where he remained until the death of the civil partners.
Mr. Mosquito said that when he reached England, Mr. Alphonso treated him “100% different”.
Extreme sexual acts continued, the defendant said, who felt her “empty”.
He said, “I was very sad and I just wanted to leave.”
